Application Procedure

There are three ways of applying for admission to Bondo Technical Training Institute;

  1.  Walk-in (Personally visiting the Institution)
  2. Online application by visiting bondottiportal.ac.ke/StudentApplication
  3. By applying for placement through KUCCPS

PROCEDURE FOR  ONLINE APPLICATION

  1. Navigate to APPLY NOW or click on the link https://bondottiportal.ac.ke/Account/StudentApplication
  2. Register by creating your portal account before login in, ensure you have a working email address that you can access as a verification link will be sent to your email (check inbox/spam/junk) before you can log in.
  3. After log in, go to update profile and fill in the required details by attaching the required documents proceed to application process.
  4. Choose a course/ Programme  and Apply
  5. Once your application is received, it will be processed and if approved, your admission documents will be sent instantly via the email address you provided during your application.
  6. Ensure you download the Admission documents, fill them appropriately and present it to the Registry Office on your admission day

WALK-IN APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Download the Application form here. BTTI/ADM/F1
  2. Fill it in Block letters
  3. Attach Two coloured passport size photos, a photocopy of your result slips/KNEC Certificate, National Identity Card, Birth certificate and former school leaving certificate.

Deposit Kshs 300/- non-refundable application fee payable to Bondo Technical Training Institute, Equity bank A/C No 0750263777542.

PROCEDURE FOR KUCCPS APPLICATION

  1. Visit the KUCCPS website www.kuccps.ac.ke and click Student’s Portal tab.
  2. On the portal, click the Login tab.
  3. To log in, enter your KCSE Index Number, your KCSE year and your password. (Your password is your KCPE index number OR your birth certificate number).
  4. Once logged in, view the available courses, universities and TVET colleges on the Programme and Institutions tabs. When you find the courses you want and qualify for note down their programme codes.
  5. To apply, click Application/Revision and key in the programme codes in the provided form in the order of priority.
  6. Once the system has accepted all your programme codes, submit.
  7. To complete your submission, follow the payment procedure that will appear on your screen.

The total fees for the whole year is Kshs 67,189.

Applicants are encouraged to apply for government funding by visiting portal.hef.co.ke and filling the form accordingly.

The higher education financing model will then categorize each applicant according to the information provided.

 Fees paid in two installments as follows;

Government Sponsored:   Term I Kshs. 10,419 & Term II Kshs. 6,719

Self-Sponsored:                  Term I Kshs. 37,295 & Term II Kshs. 33,594

Fees to be paid in the institution’s account at; Equity bank:  A/C No 0750263777542 (Mpesa Paybill:247247)
